Right after showering at night - first thing I do on the face, front and back neck, chest and upper shoulder use a pad for both sides, with that I can finally get started on your moisturizing steps. And repeat in the morning. There is a lot of toner liquid in the jar, as if more pads need to be put in, but in the end it will almost be gone somehow. Be careful to keep the toner liquid without pads, you can use your other dry cotton pads. I've been using it for about a month and I can see my skin tone has improved and lifted. (I think I use all other moisturizers, too.) It's always important to use a toner before starting the actual moisturizing steps, and the idea of soaking the pads thoroughly is a good one in that it cools my skin and their texture refined again. I will be ordering a second bottle right away!
