A few years ago, the manufacturer changed the thickness of the foil. Now I have to change the film several times a year. These foils let me down on vacation and I had to tape them until I got home to get a new head or stop shaving until I got home. Small holes/cuts in the foil cause cuts on my face = VERY BAD (can be scary). Keep spares in your bathroom cabinet - you never know when it will break down. I look at other technologies and razors to find the best options. I will avoid brown because of their foil design. I see this as an attempt by Braun to sell more film and their failure to protect customers and provide a safe, long lasting product as they have done in the past. Note. This is a problem for Braun and the film manufacturer, not Revain's distributor.
