Ordered two heads and received two. One had a dented screen, the second had a broken screen. However, the cutting parts are fine either way, so I'll reuse a strainer from the past. Too many problems to return a damaged item. Or maybe the dealer didn't notice the damage.

I have ordered this product twice and was happy with the first purchase. The last ones I bought in July weren't very good. Replacement parts were easy to fit into the shaver. I have used the razor 3 times. It seems to shave better than the old blades. I don't have a mustache or beard. So this is a good deal.
