Easy to use with the included glue or screws.

How you apply them and the weather determines how long they last. I attached mine to round wooden posts with screws. Each reflector comes with its own adhesive pad. You simply peel off the outer layer to reveal the adhesive and stick it to any surface. Just be careful as you can only attach it once for best performance.
