First the product, my usage is to take an old first gen Xbox with the HD YPbPr adapter and turn it into HDMI so I can play it on twitch-picture looks 100% and allows the Xbox to work in Progressive scan mode which some modern TVs and AV Receivers cant do because it requires active switching from interlace (on the console boot up) to progressive scan (in game) and the adapter takes care of all of that by providing a consistent progressive scan output- Made my component input HDCP friendly for my capture card.-⚠TURN OFF THE ADAPTER ⚠if you do not turn off the switch after play or during really long play sessions the image blinks in and out, the box is small enough that you can tuck it out of sight easily enough and since you provide the length for the cables and you arent limited to what the adapter uses its easily enough to not mess up your cable tucksecond for the packaging. it was sent in its product/retail box unsealed and not in another container so it could have popped open and everything could have fallen out.if you are okay risking the packaging thing or if the seller/amazon fix the packaging definitely worth purchasing
