Not perfect. Urine may linger in the pleated bottom, which means there will be residual urine after washing and there will be urine smell after cleaning. Use of soap, antiseptic solutions, vinegar, and stain and odor removers. If you have been using it for more than 3 months and find the cover is starting to stick to the inside or outside, it means you should throw it away.
