I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you FIRST watch the installation video on supershieldz.com and watch it multiple times until you CAREFULLY understand ALL THE STEPS! I wasted a screen protector I bought earlier this year because I used the instructions that came with the screen protector instead. Big mistake. The screen had shifted, luckily it was still sticky so I tried going to the website again but even the first time I tried to follow the video I put the screen protector on backwards and then everything worked confused. In a nutshell. It was a mess and I didn't have a bag anymore and was disappointed but I decided to buy from them again because once you understood the installation process it was pretty damn easy. Charme for the second time and my last purchase in the last month installed like a breeze in less than 5 minutes. I cannot stress enough how important it is to watch this installation video. It's a pity, of course, that I didn't do it the first time I bought it. Well, live and learn.
