I watched installation videos and using the guides was a breeze. The seller installed a screen on my phone and it has a permanent bubble from not using the instructions. The finish is a little shinier than I would like, but this is a great product. UPDATE: My son dropped my tablet on the paved road and I was pretty sure he broke the glass. NO! He just broke the super shield! This is a product I am happy to replace now.

The product appears to be of good quality overall. I had a grip problem on a corner. 1st round of customer service was great. Defect photographed, replacement sent. The same problem occurred again. A representative told me to return the item even though I took photos. Wasn't happy with this conversation but the previous rep I spoke to helped and on the 3rd round they just fixed a problematic corner to prevent the opposite corner from getting stuck.
