First of all I don't know why there are so many bad negative reviews. My experience was different from Carly's. I was surprised how much volume 400 balloons took up since they were packed in a big bag. They worked great and only burst once when pumping them up (usually with a car tire pump) like at our last party. Children loved making different animals and figures. My son even took my Black n Decker Matrix air pump with a 20v battery for a trick or treat, he used it to inflate balloons and give them out for candy for fun. Really impressed with the balloons and the price. I will definitely buy more in the future.
