I really like this belt, it doesn't look cheap or shoddy and it didn't cost too much! I have a 26 inch waist (the smallest part) and wanted to wear it over some of the dresses I have. I wear it on the narrowest part of my waist when I hook in the second loop. I don't even know if it was designed for that option, but it works for me and still looks great. For example, I can wear it lower where the belt normally goes over the trousers, and it fits perfectly there too. It's stretchy, so I think a variety of people can wear it.
