The product is made well and works as intended. However, I was using a homemade device that slid along the bed headboard and was easy to adjust quickly when I rolled over. There was nothing hanging over my head. With this device, I have to be careful about sitting up, and the point of hose connection is fixed, doesn't swing left and right. I would prefer the hose to lead away from my face in the direction I am facing when on my side. I can do that with the slider on the headboard (it is level and smooth), and I could do that with a swingarm style, but not this device. Instead, the hose will pull, although gently, to the side of my face when I am lying on one side or both. I still think it's better than no assist, and it's a good price and made well. I just wish it could swing left and right.
