Their quality must have deteriorated lately. We have just ordered our third after the previous two have worked great for the past 10 years. When the tips broke off we decided to buy another one as both worked so well until they wore out. However, it has been said by others that this third blade has ripples and ridges on the blade causing it not to be in constant contact with the glass, leaving streaks and water lines. It appears to be a softer material than before, causing the blade to deform. We may need to look into another brand as it doesn't perform as well as our others.
