DO NOT buy for baby fish. I bought this for my pregnant black mollies and she had her babies and they were able to swim right through the slots into my tank with my other fish and they ate them all. I'm heartbroken because I wanted black Mollys. This thing is not suitable for babies at all. I wasted my money
