Wow, I regret buying this alarm clock. .
Wow, sorry I bought this alarm clock. A two-way remote with a claimed 1-mile range? I don't think so, maybe try 200ft. The two-way remote kills overnight with a new set of batteries from 2016. There are no installation instructions, just a vague description of each connector. For do-it-yourself installation even the 'advanced' user manual available online is useless but apparently intentional because Directed Electronics wants ONLY 'authorized dealers' to install these alarm systems. Calling customer service will not give you any information as again they are ONLY authorized dealers/installers. Warranty? Forget it if you bought the alarm from Revain and not an authorized dealer. Don't let the viper bite!
