scratched and hard to read
The silver engraved font size is small, very difficult to read on the black label, also it doesn't help that the engraving isn't very deep so the letters don't stand out. It is then even more difficult to read as the chain is packed in the same bag as the token, so the chain moves and scratches the tag and overlaps the words. I have since wrapped the tags in a piece of tissue paper to keep the tags from being scratched by the chain (that's how I always got a boxed token with a chain until I ordered from this company).
- I love the text messages they attach to the chain and the little love heart
- The necklace may not be adjustable, making it difficult for my son to wear it comfortably.
