Really very good
So this isn't something that will give you enough support if you're active, playing sports etc, but if you're recovering from an ankle injury it's what you'll want to wear you during the day when you are at work or at home. Gives enough support to reduce swelling and gives you a little comfort when you need to walk, run errands, etc. If you exercise, hike, work out, this is not what you want to use for these courses. You need legal lacing for things like this. Overall I'm happy with it and use it often when recovering from a serious sprain. would recommend
