I've had my bag for over a month now. Pretty good bag except for one issue I had. When I grabbed the top handle and removed it from the rack, some of the stitching on the top of the handle came undone. So I recommend being careful when lifting by the top handle. I think for version 2 of this bag the handle could be reinforced with extra stitching or something to carry more load. That question aside, I recommend it.
- The hook is wrapped with a metal core and soft rubber to add strength and protect the frame from wear and tear. Anti-fall plastic latches to ensure they don't pop out when riding on bumpy roads.
