Bought a Pinewood Derby for my son's car. The wire is clearly visible in the dark. I wouldn't say super bright, but acceptable. But it's hard to see during the day. It's very flexible; was able to make 90 degree bends when needed and works great once cut to length. The power adapter emits a quiet, penetrating noise, but this can only be heard in relative silence. A good choice for the price of 5 packs. It's nice to have a solid slow and fast flashing mode. This worked as expected.
