Review on Patons Wonderart Moonlight Meow Latch by Dawn Fischer

Great snap hook for experienced snap hook enthusiasts

I have made Wonderart snap hook sets before. This one is quite small so it will easily fit on your lap. Please note: Wonderart does not include snap hooks in its kits, so beginners will need to purchase this item separately. There are other kits that include snap hooks. Yarn is included, but unlike my first snap hooks, you will need to separate the yarn. The kit also gives you a blank canvas (meaning the image isn't stamped on campus) so you have to navigate between the color-coded graphics and the canvas. I use small plastic bags to separate the colored threads and then arrange them in the correct order. Yarn cut unevenly and with some kits it is difficult to tell the colors apart (easiest is to see how many pieces are listed next to the color). This set was very valuable. Many other sets that I liked were not reviewed. Also, a lot of my recent snaps have been of animals (lots of puppies/dogs) so the lighthouse was a welcome change. I like lighthouses. One caveat: some kits, like the Basset Hound I made recently, came with a hook and twine, and when I was done I had a blanket. At Wonderart, if you want to hang your work or turn it into a rug, you'll either have to fine someone to do it for you or, if you're smarter than me, buy the finishing materials separately.
