My husband wanted this to keep our fully charged battery charged for our fully restored 1968 Mustang. He is a welder and made a good stand for this article. Good. A few weeks later when he was at home trying to start the car. You guessed it: a dead, dead battery. We started with a fully charged battery, this thing was supposed to power the battery to keep it charged, but it wasn't working. So I have a $35.00 item that doesn't work and my husband is working all the time to build something good for the board. Just start the car more often and forget it. Since we live in Texas: lots of sun, that should have worked.
