Overall I really like this comb! I've had fine peachwood combs with fine teeth, but I wanted to expand and replace them with a more comfortable travel option. I have already ordered 2! This comb is DEFINITELY: • Durable! It's DURABLE, I've had combs break on my hair after prolonged use, and it will definitely work for years to come. • Soft! Wide teeth help detangle hair. It is very gentle and does not rip/tear hair. Hold the comb vertically and untangle the tangles at the edge of the comb, this helps a lot! • Travel friendly! I LOVE the size of the comb! The comb also comes with a small box. I've broken comb teeth in the past because they got caught on things in my pocket. I find this comb won't break easily but I travel with it in the box just in case and both are holding up great. My ONLY issue is that when I first bought the comb I noticed some stickiness to the touch (it was probably the wooden surface of the comb). The stickiness was more noticeable as I combed through wet hair. I've found that when I comb my hair while it's damp, some of the brown residue comes off and gets stuck in the comb. At this point, the wood trim on the crest begins to wear away. This isn't a huge issue for me, but I'm wondering how the comb will continue to function once most of the wood paneling is gone.
