Lower basket wheels broke on my Kitchenaid KDT204e. Kitchenaid gave me the excuse that only a call to the service center could determine if my 3 1/2 year dishwasher was covered under warranty. I found this outrageous and did some research on the internet and found that ordering all 4 wheel sets required would cost around $130 from a leading parts service. The Revain's price was incredibly low compared to what I found to be very easy to remove the old wheelsets with a screwdriver. The replacement parts snap easily into place and fit perfectly. Time will tell how durable they are, but for now I'm very satisfied.
