The presentation increases the value as a gift. But before you give it away, you should add some foam and use pins to show off the jewelry better. As mentioned by others, the dragon's head isn't detailed enough to easily tell it's a dragon. However, with the right angle and lighting, it really does look like a dragon. This is certainly not an elite decoration. But even at $14 the price seems overpriced due to the materials and lack of parts. To be honest it looks very similar to the picture in the product description. The attached photos show real images with a ruler for size reference. Close-up photos of the dragon head and "gem" to allow for a closer look at the details and appearance. It also comes with a spare clasp. Based on the factors mentioned, I'll rate it 3-3.5 stars with a fair to average recommendation.
