This projector is very easy to use. We have a small lake house with no TV. At night we hang a sheet and project films in the bay window. If you're about 10 feet from the movie in the "front row," every scene with words like the opening credits won't be incredibly clear. But sitting on the couch about 25 feet away is perfect. It's as easy as just pressing the play button on a DVD! I am so happy with this purchase. The fan on the machine is a bit noisy if you sit right next to it. The sound isn't the best either. We had a blue dental speaker with an aux (audio) cable handy and now we're sitting like we're in the cinema. The remote is very cool because you can point it at the screen and the controls still work. The volume button even controls my blue tooth player. The size is perfect. It is not a bulky item. If I put in an effort, I think I can stream from my phone. I haven't tried all the options yet. The price was right and so far I'm just happy being able to play my DVDs for kids.
