Update! The company contacted the problem or complaint I had and sent me a new bottle with a different cap. It has a lid with a spout with a straw. This straw is much larger and makes drinking or "puffing" much easier. The only downside is that the lid doesn't close with the straw inserted, but that's a minimal issue for me. Great customer service and I appreciate that they appreciate my services no matter how big or small!… The pitcher itself is great, durable and easy to carry. The BIG problem I have is the straw...it's too flimsy and doesn't allow for "puffing". I feel like I'm drinking from my son's leak-proof mug. The only option is to use the pitcher to fill another cup...
