Damaged and no one to contact to fix it!
I bought a new air intake for my F150 and found that the tube was damaged and shaped like a 'D' instead of an 'O'. I've tried contacting tech support and they only work with MF. So I called during business hours and had a >60 minute wait. it only gets worse. I leave a number for a call back, but I'll call you back when I'm at work. I want to get a replacement part, but I'm still having trouble with tech support.
