I bought these for my kid's budget gaming system and the system doesn't POST above 3200 instead of 3600+ which I thought I was paying for. The processor is a Ryzen 3600 and the mobile device is an ASUS TUF x570. The motherboard may be to blame as the RAM setup seems very limited compared to what I'm used to. The RGB lighting is impressive enough for my 3rd grader and easy enough to control with iCUE software, which can be downloaded from Corsair's website. (Has yet to be tested with ASUS Aura, but the ASUS Armory Crate software installed on the motherboard doesn't recognize it, so my expectations are low.) The RGB lighting scheme sometimes changes for no apparent reason, but this whole RGB control landscape seems a few Needing industry standards to come to the rescue given the incompatibilities people are observing. I currently use 3 different software to control RGB lighting in RAM, motherboard/strip light and graphics card (not to mention Phantek's proprietary RGB system which is built into the case and controlled by a button on the case).
