At first I couldn't connect the electric pads to the console for it to turn on. Finally after a while it worked and didn't do what I thought it would. I tried using it a second time to try again and still couldn't turn the pads on. It seems to work sometimes and sometimes not. Brand new batteries, so not. I tried to return it but this product cannot be returned. $50 for a product that doesn't work! Makes no sense, this is non-refundable.
