Good product, great customer service!

My phone has about 0.5 bars - the phone shows 0-1 bars and works intermittently in certain areas. The internet speed test was usually around 0.5Mbps when it worked at all. With an amp and a 25ft tower I should get 4 lanes, good calls and download speeds of 10-15Mbps, sometimes 20Mbps. where your tower is located and map your location and the location of the tower in Google Earth or a similar program. GE can create a topographical cross-section of the area and you can check how high your antenna needs to be to get good coverage. I had two towers 8 miles apart and it turned out I needed a 60 foot tower to have line of sight. My tower was only 25 feet tall, so it was scaly. Then I found the 3rd tower which was 12 miles from me but in sight. I had to be very accurate to aim it, but once I got a good "lock" it was very stable! I'm attaching some screenshots of topographic maps so you can see what I'm talking about. The problem seems obvious when you look at a topographical map, but when you're standing on the ground somewhere in a forest, it's not always obvious. Also two screenshots with signal strength before and after. Last but not least, the device stopped working after about 6 months after a thunderstorm, so that damage has probably occurred. I didn't think the warranty would cover this so I asked SolidRF if they could just sell me the box without the antennas. But they said no problem we cover it! I sent my old device back and got a replacement quickly. That's good customer service!
