I installed it today and the only thing that confused me was at step 3 (I attached a picture of the instructions) , I couldn't get my two wires (ground and live wire) to clip them into the bracket. That was until my wife experimented with this and realized that in step 3 the two tabs needed to be pulled up 90 degrees instead of 30 degrees to fully open the hole. Then, when it's fully open, insert the live wire and the ground wire (which has been stripped) into the two tubes. Then close the two tabs by dropping them completely. Also, I'm not skilled at all, so 99% of people would have figured it out right away. I wish I had taken a picture but I didn't. But the tabs rise at a 30 degree angle, and when you put the wires in there and close them back to 0 degrees, the wires don't clamp well. You need to use some force and pull both tabs up 90 degrees, then insert the bare wire and then clamp it by pushing the tab to 0 degrees. Note: You do not need an additional ground wire. It only takes two wires, a hot (120 volts AC) connected to your brown wire and a ground wire connected to your blue wire. Normally in the US the live or 120 volt wire is black. There is also a very short power on delay, about 1/4 second. But it's so short in duration that it doesn't matter. I would give 4 and 1/2 stars if I could. But we are very happy with it.
