10/26/2020 As I said in the previous review, the extensions were excellent quality; I just needed more beads than I ordered - I think each pack is around 50g. I would have to buy 4 to 6 packs because I wanted to add length and volume. That was my shortcoming. Because of this, I changed my rating from a 2 to a 4. I changed my rating to a 5 because the customer service is second to none! Coco was such a sweetheart and did her best to make things right. (She didn't ask me to update my review - I did because you don't meet nice people like her these days.) I will continue to look at other products from this company because I (1) value quality and ( 2) rate the sequel! 08/29/2020 Sun. I bought two of these to wear in my hair. The built in mechanics are amazing! You thread your hair through, pulling the bead and pinching. Minimal tools required. This in itself is 10/10. When it comes to stability, I can't get 75 to 80 percent out of my head with a slight jerk; the rest was either pulled out in general combing, the hair is so soft and easy to straighten and curl. Just thinking about quality makes me happy so I give it 10/10. Mine was a little frizzy after a few washes, but so is my natural hair. 5/10 for fluffiness 2-3 hours after straightening. is it hair Humidity? Me? I do not know. However, I love it. Thickness? I don't have thick hair and 2 heads weren't enough - I need 4 to 6 for it to look natural. He was pretty skinny. It seemed like I was going bald because he was so skinny. (Note: After a few washes, the hair will somehow become thicker, but not enough to look natural or full.) Thickness 1/10.
