The ability to integrate with other systems is great. You can link it up with your CRM or accounting software but also connect it with other teams through Slack. It's easy to set up and easy to use. I dislike the fact that you have to pay for the API key. This has been an issue in the past where we've had to purchase multiple keys which can lead to security issues. If you're looking for something simple and easy to use this is the platform for you. We are solving our problem of notifying people when new projects come into our system.
