Review on BAOLI by Kurt Ahui

My expectations for BAOLI's web shop were high, but I was left with a disappointing shopping experience. While they have a wide variety of games, musical instruments, and instructional materials, the user experience on their website leaves something to be desired. It took me a lot longer than I would have liked to locate what I needed because of the poor search functionality. In addition, there were many concerns I had about the products that were never addressed in the descriptions. The shipping period was also longer than I had anticipated. I tried contacting client support, but they weren't much help. I expected more from BAOLI's web shop as an athlete, given the importance I place on speed and precision. I trust they will view my criticism as constructive and implement the changes required to better assist their clientele.
