Update: I checked my email today and was pleasantly surprised that the company that sold the paddle had contacted me with two solutions. Because of that, I wanted people to know that despite the slight fin issue, the company stands behind their products and provides fantastic customer service. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends as we are all paddle boarders and we buy these things like crazy and I might buy one for my daughter. I'm also changing my 3 stars to 5 because glitches can happen, but it's so rare to find a company that genuinely cares about making their customers happy and takes steps to prove it. I really liked this board and enjoyed using it. paddling for the first time. It's beautiful, and an electric pump is absolutely necessary in my opinion. It was very easy to get ready for departure. However, I've only used it once and the fin had already snapped off when I tried to pull it out of the water. I've tried finding a company to call support and just get a replacement but can't find anything online. So I have a choice of calling Revain to replace it completely which will be a complete headache or just buy a new fin which I really don't need to do after one use of the product. That's very disappointing.
