I've had a robot vacuum cleaner for 3 weeks and have used it a lot to master the app that controls it. It's fun to watch and at times I've been struck by his tenacity to suck every inch. If he's having trouble navigating an obstacle, he'll back away further and try again from a different angle. The only disappointment I have is that the map doesn't seem to be saved at home, allowing me to reselect it or select an area to erase. I've literally spent hours trying to find a way to create maps/zones through various methods in the app with little success. I'm missing detailed instructions, FAQs, and troubleshooting tips. The simple instructions that came with the vacuum cleaner were written by a person whose native language is not English and is therefore difficult to decipher. I see so much advanced technology and practicality in the robot that it feels like with only instructions, this is everything I could have hoped for in a robot vacuum. From the looks of it, I'm considering going back because it doesn't save me time having to be there to "help" him when he's struggling.
