Parts are easy to assemble and the suction cups are large and work very well. The only problem I've had with vacuuming is that since you can twist PVC pipes to disassemble, unless you line up all three suction cups with the window, only two of them will stick properly, and then tend to fall off. My biggest problem is that since the blue plastic is quite wide and completely smooth, my parrots have a hard time landing and sitting on it because they just slide off. I modified it with hot glue on top so her little feet could get caught on a texture, but since it's dropped a few times and got slippery, they don't like it anymore. This would probably be better for people with larger birds.
