I was looking for a running belt that only holds 1 water bottle and has enough space for my phone, supplements, hand sanitizer, keys, etc. Running. The two tank straps don't sit properly on my waist and this affects my form, plus I plan my runs to allow me to replenish my water supplies so I only need a water holster. It's well made and I love that the strap doesn't stretch (and therefore doesn't stretch or jump). I only adjusted it for my waist, but there is plenty of room to adjust it larger or smaller (I have a 30" waist). I carry my backpack on my back and love that the weight is in the middle instead of on the side with a full bottle of water and a phone. As a bonus, the company gave away a nice thank you card with fun stickers. I would buy again.
