Let's just say that I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with TENFLY, and it wasn't a pleasant one. I'm not sure if the business specializes in quality or customer service, but it seems to specialize in musical instruments and accessories. They don't really give instruments; they more closely resemble toys. The accoutrements are overpriced and of poor quality. They appear to be betting that the majority of consumers won't be able to tell a good product from a bad one. They provide jokes for customer support. They resemble a magician who vanishes after releasing a hare from a hat. If you encounter any problems with your order, good luck getting in contact with them. On the other end of the phone, you're more likely to hear crickets than a human person. In other words, shop elsewhere if you're searching for high-quality musical instruments and accessories. If you choose to do business with TENFLY, you'll be left in the shadows because they operate more like TEN-FLY-BY-NIGHT.
