Review on 🖤 Derwent Compressed Charcoal Blocks, Pack of 6 - Grey (35996) by Amber Perez

I am writing this review on behalf of my fiancee. I gave her this for Christmas because she makes great charcoal drawings, mostly portraits. She asked for charcoal pencils without going into detail. I chose them because they offer a range of firmness, from light to dark. I always do A LOT of research before I buy anything so I was sure it would be the ticket. It used to take a long time to shadow a large dark area. She says these charcoal blocks make it dead easy. She couldn't be happier with them. So if you're a charcoal artist who only used pencils and vines, or you have a great charcoal artist in your life, you can't go wrong with this one.
