The disappointment is complete, the product is not at all what I imagined.
We purchased this mouse a week ago and this is a separate story related to a specific store, but amazon asked me not to indicate it. The mouse didn't work from the start. When connected to a PC, the mouse pointer flew up to the left and did not move. The software is disgusting.
