Overall pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.

As a result, they gave me a refund, but I bought using a promotional code in the amount of 1767. They refused to exchange for the same product (although this is an offense), did not insist - I bought it from dlink much earlier, although I still had to spend more money.
03/01/23 - I contacted the support service - as a result, I was fully compensated for everything and apologized. I am sure this case is an exception, so I raised the overall rating. Thanks to the support team for the quick feedback and help.

Cons

After 2 months - the hub began to constantly disconnect from the laptop. And it is ethernet that is turned off while usb works. I'm trying to issue a refund, although has problems with this. I hope they still fulfill their warranty obligations.
