Good tool and GREAT customer service

Great product and customer service. The tool itself seems very strong, but small mandrels can be a bit brittle. I used an M5 mandrel tool to install bottle cage bosses on my steel frame bike and it worked like a charm. When I tried to install the nut with an M4 mandrel it broke, but when I contacted the seller he responded immediately and offered a replacement. I couldn't be happier with their service. I recommend both the tool and the seller
