The company hasn't responded to my email inquiries so I'm deducting another star. What follows is the original 2 star rating. Tell the factory bosses to change molds more often. I'm sure it could be a BIG roller, but burrs (excess plastic extruded from two sides of the mold touching) indicate either poor initial mold processing or molds that have been used too long to make money to save. I just dud? Contact me, send me a replacement and I'll update this review. Otherwise I have to assume that I order this crap. The rest is like a normal video. I'll find a razor blade and try to cut it by hand. It will be fun.
