Extremely light, ideal for 30-60 degree days. I even went outside in a sweater after 20 minutes and ran errands perfectly. It's nice to have the perfect jacket that isn't heavy or bulky. I liked the hood and the elongated fabric on the wrists! Nice color. A small duffel bag makes it even better for travel! Bought one for my husband and a longer version for my mother (who is older and frail) because she wanted a "heavier weight" winter coat without the heavy, bulky feel.
