Check the bearing bore and diameter dimensions first. No directions included. If you look at the picture, the bolt goes through one of the five bearing bore sizes and through the correct diameter cup in the handle. Then turn it over and place the bearing on the bearing mount. I had to screw 17mm into a 40mm cup to get the front wheel bearings in. Then I screwed 20mm into a 47mm cup to get the rear bearings in. This tool does a pretty good job of keeping the bearings straight as you drive them into the wheels. Take your time and check alignment after each tap as you drive the bearing into the wheel. Worked much better than trying to use the old bearing to fit the new bearing. Thus, the new bearing does not slip from one side to the other. If you need to install bearings, you should try this tool.
