Easy to assemble. I bought two for my two dogs. Both drawers had bad locks preventing the doors from closing. One of the frames had no mounting holes and some of the holes were drilled from the wrong side. I emailed them about the issue and asked for a partial refund as I had spent over $500. They asked me for "proof" and said my problem was probably the spring clasps and said they would send me new spring clasps instead. I told them the door frame was turned inside out and had holes on the wrong side. They said they would send me spring locks. I went home and filmed and photographed the holes I had drilled myself to fix the problem and the fasteners that were stuck and wouldn't close. When documenting the required evidence, the boxes fell apart because they were made of cheap composite wood. I have never used boxes. I told them I would try to fix it myself but just sent me two new latches for both drawers and they said they would send them without the screws. I asked why don't you send me the screws? And they ended up sending me one bar when I told them clearly that both bars were defective and they promised to send me two. What's wrong with this seller?
