I like how easy it was for our organization (which has over 100 people)to get up-and running quickly without having any prior knowledge or training needed from us as administrators/managers - we were able to roll out new features in less than two weeks time after signing off an RFP process which took months before this point!! The support team are also very responsive via email / phone etc so there's no issues at all when contacting them during business hours here within New Zealand where they're located too. We've found some minor bugs but nothing major yet either & have had great success using their software throughout my 9 years working @ NZTEA thus far :) It does exactly what you want if its something simple enough then maybe not worth doing anything else because everything can be done easily right away once setup correctly!
