(Please note the azon listing was not available when I ordered this so the actual item could not be viewed.) The irony is that people usually complain because too many cables or ends connected or devices connected to a computer. The clutter created by all those overlong cords snaking across the table can be really annoying and frustrating, but it's not the solution. At least not for the imac. The end that connects it to the computer is only about 6 inches long, so it dangles ridiculously from the iMac and can't be conveniently placed. Even if this thing had a tail twice that length, it would still be incredibly awkward to use as it's a giant strip of connectors about 12 inches long. The funny thing is that out of every 10 ports, only three are USB 3.0 ports: one fewer than the tiny Azon Basics Ultra Mini. Hub is what I'm currently using (2.0 only, so I'm trying to update). Wouldn't recommend it to anyone except maybe a fisherman for use as a fish club. Otherwise it's pretty much useless.
