If you can't get water to come through the straw you need to puncture hole through the spout

I've only had it one day, and already I am drinking more water. It motivates me. I thought something was wrong with it when I couldn't pull any water through the straw, but the spout needed to be punctured with an ice pick. Probably not all have this issue.
