I really enjoyed working with this team! They are very knowledgeable about all aspects of security management including risk assessment/management as well as threat intelligence analysis for both internal customers (e-commerce) or external threats that cross into your network perimeter boundaries. The ability to work remotely was also great - they have offices around US but we worked together from home almost exclusively which allowed me flexibility during my travels without sacrificing productivity at other times when needed due to time zone differences etc.. Nothing bad specifically regarding AE's support staff; however it may be more difficult than others if you're not located near one another geographically speaking since communication is primarily via email only. We utilized an AIOps platform managed by Anomali where incident data flows through various tools such as Risk Management System(RMS), Threat Intelligence system & Vulnerability Assessment Tool before being reported.
